As a 30 year resident of Santa Cruz and a former social worker I have worked with many local non-profit organizations and have a deep understanding and respect for Community. In choosing real estate as my profession, I also choose to be a housing and local business advocate. Helping clients live in a home they own and staying in that home is important to me, as well as counseling investors to ensuring future prosperity through wise real estate ventures. We all benefit from promoting one another’s prosperity.

 

I’ve been investing in real estate for over twenty-five years. As a real estate professional I offer the knowledge and experience of buying and selling homes and investment property to my clients. Navigating property transactions takes ability and expertise. My unique combination of skills as a former social worker and knowledge of real estate helps me achieve success for my clients.  My specialties include multi-residential investment properties and Tenants in Common partnerships. I also hold the following certifications:  Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert so I can help elderly clients better and navigate short sales and bank-owned REO transactions.
